Small Dogs may be allowed so please inquire as to our pet fee and policy for your fur babies. The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles. No RV's, trailers, or oversized vehicles are allowed. *Pool is heated from Nov - March. *Check-In – 4PM (Central) *Check Out – 10AM (Central) Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Spa Quality amenities featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions are provided. It is the guest's responsibility to provide any additional items needed. AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Thank you for understanding! Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s).
