Four beach chairs are provided for your convenience. The home is provided with one low-speed vehicle. (Driver must be over 25 years old and sign waiver.) Small Dogs may be allowed so please inquire as to our pet fee and policy for your fur babies. The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles. No RV's, trailers, or oversized vehicles allowed. Check-In – 4 PM (Central) Check-out – 10 AM (Central) Check-in and Check-out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Spa Quality amenities featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions are provided. AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. Non Pet Friendly Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay. We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
