There is a separate laundry room and of course, the home is fully air conditioned. Outside you will find your own stunning pool backing with no rear neighbors giving you the private feel, with the added bonus of maybe spotting some local wildlife. The deck is furnished, so enjoying an evening meal al fresco has never been easier, or perhaps lounging on one of the sun loungers with a good book is more your thing. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee. Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $150 per dog apply.
